Team Updates

We love our community connections and professionally developed opportunities. What has our team been up to in 2022? Here are some highlights.

• Our team donated to Toys for Tots over the holidays because we believe in passing on a little magic when we can.
  

• We attended Estimating, Production Manager, and General Manager Professional Development to continue to sharpen the skills we use to stay at the top.
  

• Now, we're gearing up for the International Builder Show and Kitchen and Bath Industry Show at end of this month. We're excited to soak up new ideas to incorporate in our homes this year.
  

• We welcomed about 200 people to show off one of our favorite remodels of the year during the Tour of Remodeled Homes

• We changed daily life for 23 West Des Moines Families in 2022. We completed 23 residential projects.

Denise's Picks for 2022

It's hard to separate our clients from their projects. Partnering to design and create their dream spaces builds life-long relationships that make every project better.

#1 // This year, we did a pool house/primary bath addition that was incredible. We love water and sunshine and a good primary bath that feels like a spa, and these expansive vanities, decadent soaker tub, and the wet room definitely fit the bill.

#2 // We loved working with this fantastic family. Talk about over-the-top, amazing details and built-ins! The vertical blue subway tile and natural stone inset shelving make it clear that this bathroom was built with a serene style in mind.

#3 // We're in love with this primary bathroom and the folks for whom we built it. The tile stole the show in this one. Featuring a mosaic white and gold accent wall, tiny tile in the shower floor, and large format white tiles in the shower area, we've showcased our range in one succinct and stunning room. Don't miss the custom built-ins in this dream walk-in closet. We're proud of the order we've invited into this personalized space!

#4 // Here's a kitchen and primary bath that underwent an incredible transformation. These homeowners were the loveliest of people. Monochromatic gray is a whole mood in this serene space. With varying degrees of saturation, cool gray creates a timeless look that's elevated by luxe materials like large format stone tiles, sleek marble surfaces, and hardwood floors.

Rusty's Pick of 2022

We loved this project because we got to do so many concurrent projects to a deliciously decadent degree. This main floor scramble included 4 bathrooms, including the primary suite. We love the airy white spaces that dominate this project and the moody dark corners that bring balance to every detail. This project is a true testament to the cohesive aesthetic a main floor scramble can create.
